The Saltire Society revisits the spirit of the Enlightenment when artists, architects, engineers, writers and musicians argued, discussed and explored beyond the confines of particular interests. ‘Saltire Celebrates’ takes that idea and has the people who matter taking about what matters to them.
We will see and hear writers Bob Harris, Niall Campbell, & Alexander Hutchison, musicians Aonach Mor, architects Daniel Bar & Nick Walker, artist Andy Scott, publishers Moira Forsyth & Bob Davidson and many more in an informal day of discussion, debate and sociability!
The day will be chaired by architect Malcom Fraser, Literary Panelist Mark Wringe, Journalist Magnus Linklater, and Satire Society Executive Director Jim Tough.

On the day we will also be making several significant announcements
The launch of Saltire Society Trust
The announcement of the Saltire International Student Travel Bursary for Music, Civil Engineering and Arts in partnership with the British Council Scotland
