The Saltire Society Art in Public Places Awards 2016

With a focus on the value that artists working in visual arts and crafts contribute to a distinctive quality of place, the awards highlight excellence, demonstrating how arts and crafts can be an intrinsic and beautiful  part of our built environment.

2016 will see both permanent and temporary works being celebrated for the first time in the awards history.

As well as announcing this year Awards, we are delighted to have Kate  Gray, Director of Collective Gallery discussing new developments in art and public places and the announcement of the winner of the Steven Campbell New York Bursary.

The presentaion will be accompanied by a review of the history of the awards by artist Kotryna Kiliulyte.
