Emma Ritch is Executive Director of Engender, which is Scotland’s feminist policy organisation working on women’s social, economic, and political equality and women’s rights in Scotland.

Emma sits on a number of boards of women’s organisations, including the European Women’s Lobby, and other groups including the First Minister’s Advisory Council on Women & Girls.
