Built in 1893, Parkview was originally a Victorian school building with stunning panoramic views across the Tay and has been carefully restored and converted in to 29 homes with 15 new build flats constructed adjacently.
Inspired by that grade B listed building’s towering height the development has characterful style while ensuring it fits within its context.
The space for external communal areas has become an integral part of the design, providing a variety of environments for privacy as well as social interaction creating a community for living.
