To mark 80 years of the Housing Design Awards, the Saltire Society is delighted to launch our online searchable archive of eighty years of the best of housing design in Scotland. This new interactive map allows users to search for award-winning housing either by date or by place. This marks a milestone in our project to research and present the Society’s archive of its award scheme which commenced in 1937. As part of its anniversary celebrations the Society is reflecting on the past and seeking to recognise which housing has stood the test of time and can provide inspiration for the future.
