For nearly eighty-five years, we have worked for the people of Scotland. But we know our work has not always been inclusive as it should be. 

The Saltire Society will dedicate itself to creating inclusive spaces, events and awards, partnering responsibly and appropriately and working to reflect Scotland. 

We are listening,learning,working better and moving forward. 

We are working to make our Awards more inclusive and representative with further training, increased accessibility and expanded community input. 

We are always reflecting on our practices and this will be a key element of our annual review of all our projects. 

We support Black Lives Matter. We support the LGBTQ+ community. It is time for us to show our support through public work.
